Glucose test fail?

I got a 135 on my 1 hour glucose test, which according to the report they sent me is too high and I would need to do the 3 hour retest. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m wondering if he’ll let me pass on the 3 hour since it’s right on the cut off

I failed my 1 hour by 3 freaking points. I ended up taking the 3 hour test and passed that. 
But my fasting glucose is relatively low and I messed up my first test by having a couple sips of zero sugar zero calorie Gatorade and chewing gum. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I failed my 1 hour by 7 points and opted to check my sugars 4x a day for an entire week. I only did this because i did so bad the hours following the drink. Of course i just found out i failed with checking my own sugars because my fasting sugars are way too high.

This just happened to me. I’ve never failed the 1 hour (this is my third baby) until this pregnancy. I failed it by 1 point, took the 3 hour and was well within range for all 4 blood draws of the 3 hour test.

They will probably have you take the 3 hr. I failed the 1 hr by one point with my second baby & still had to take the 3 hr. That being said, I’ve failed the 1 hour with 3 out of 4 pregnancies & I have always passed the 3 hr. The 1 hr is really just a step to see if you need the 3 hr, which is the real, more accurate test.
