First Mock IVF SHG (PCOS?)

Question

I’m CD 7 , no stims, just a mock transfer. I have 10 follicles on my left and 14 on my right. That’s 24 follicles. WTF. I have regular periods. No signs of PCOS but I have it. So now I’m scared of OHSS and having to change protocols or not having any eggs in my follicles 😭 any one else????

That is the correct amount of follicles. Too many or too few means there is a problem. I bet you'll do great.

That’s a great AfC count. When you do the stims they will try and get all those follicles to grow. But it doesn’t mean all of them will grow. I had close to 20ish my second round. 18 eggs retrieved. With only 9 mature. I preceded with a fresh transfer that cycle. He’s now 17 months.
