False labor?

Ladies, I went to throw out the trash and I I felt a sudden gush of water. I have been feeling a lot of pressure since then. Could it be false labor?

If your water broke it's not false labor. They'll see if it was your water or not when you get checked at the hospital. But sneezing doesn't cause a gush of water. Maybe some pee leaking... But not a gush. I'd call and go in! Good luck!

Update: in the hospital now and waiting to hear what's going on. They have me on a monitor to see if I'm having contractions. I'll update more as it comes along
