Bleeding?

I am 23 weeks pregnant today and today I noticed a new symptom. When I wiped after urination there was pink/redish blood on the toliet paper. Every other time using the restroom I have experienced this today. Has anyone else had this problem?

Call your doctor or midwife ASAP bleeding is never a good sign make sure to keep track.

The bleeding only occurs when I wipe. I spoke with my doctor earlier she said push fluids, rest, and no intercourse. And to come see her tomorrow if it continues.
