Anyone heard of NAC?

Just wondering if anyone has had any success with it and what dose you were taking what days etc? did you also continue it throughout pregnancy?

Answer

I've been taking it for a year, a long with loads of other supplements. My cycles have gotten much shorter and more regular, but I'm not sure what that's down to, or if it's just me living a healthier lifestyle.
