Leaking fluid?

Yall I am struggling here. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I’m struggling so much, how do I know I’m not leaking amniotic fluid or just having a clear discharge? Please give me advice

With a leak itll get onto you pants/leggings like a little pee spot even if your bladder isnt full, especially if you shift positions like getting up from bed.

My ob told me if I can stop the leak, it’s urine. If I can’t, it’s a good probability it’s amniotic fluid
