Currently 6w4d and have some bleeding/staining. This happens after I wiped but hasn’t been consistent.

This seems to be pink/red meaning it’s new blood. I would definitely see your doctor to repeat blood work and see what’s going on. Some spotting can be normal in early pregnancy but if it’s enough to fill a pad that would indicate an issue. Right now it’s hard to say but it may be the start of a miscarriage.
