TW: miscarriage

Friday I got positive pregnancy tests. Saturday morning I got negative followed by a few positive and same for Sunday. This morning I take one and it’s negative. I go to the ER because I was having on and off again pains in my left ovary. Ultrasound looks good no cysts or anything abnormal also no sac. I would be 5weeks 4 days pregnant. But while waiting in the ER I start to spot. (First pic) then when I get home, it turns bright red (second pic)

Doc said I’m pregnant and very early OR it’s a miscarriage. My hcg blood test was 5 😒 he says is borderline pregnant. I was always told otherwise. Does this look like miscarriage to you?

No cramping or blood clots yet. *I did have a vaginal ultrasound so the pink could be from there too? I just don’t want this miscarriage I’m trying to think of all possibilities!
