Should I call?

So I got a membrane sweep yesterday. I was somewhat crampy throughout the evening but slept fine. This morning I woke up to blood and stringy clear mucus and have been crampy pretty much all day. My lower back has also started kinda hurting and like feels like it’s on fire and then will subside. I don’t feel like I can time any of it though. I’m currently working and not trying to leave work but I also am unsure if I should notify my OB just to let them know? This is my 4th pregnancy and I have never experienced labor before water breaking so I’m just nervous I won’t be able to even tell.
