Someone has to be experiencing the same thing as me like y’all I always feel lightheaded/dizzy but it sometimes isn’t just like intense its like a feeling is just over me and it’s always there and light can intense it or movement like it’s crazy my eyes feel heavy sometimes too and I have bad eye strain it seems like I recently just got a eye exam also and my dr put me on a new medication a few months ago for my migraines and she said if it didn’t change anything we’d see a neurologist but idk if I need to see a neurologist or a ophthalmologist then my eye has been twitching like crazy lately
