Oh I am so annoyed right now. Please help me rationalise!

Me and my partner announced our pregnancy to family yesterday (im 12 weeks) and announced on social media today.

My partners sister has shared it to her social media with the words “finally the news is out! I’m going to be an auntie”

She didn’t ask before sharing. She shared right after us. She used MY scan picture which ultimately is medical information.

I’m annoyed that she didn’t ask and felt entitled to share our news RIGHT after us. It’s as though she couldn’t see us have a moment without having to make it about her.

Also “finally the news is out” she only found out 24 hours before. I do feel disrespected that she didn’t ask, and she posted at the same time as us?
