I have 2 children. One by this father. The father and I had a ROUGH relationship during pregnancy. Once baby was born, he filed with the court.

We are 7 months in, and he wants me to move in. We have an open case still where we have a court date next month. We have been doing the visitation together, but we still fight a lot, and sometimes it’s him threatening court, threatening to not give me things that I’ve left, or even taking our child and resorting back to the original order. When things are good, they are great.

He kept saying he’d get rid of the court case, because he’s violated things in the order. But NOW he’s saying he will only get rid of it if I move in with him. I have zero trust, so idk how true that is. I don’t know what to do. I don’t wanna move in with him yet. I am in a good headspace, and my schooling is through my county, I feel like I could possibly be trapped as there’s no trust yet. When I mention this to him, he threatens to go find someone that actually wants to be a family, and I just wanna live with my parents bc I can’t be a mom. I feel weirded out that he keeps switching up how he’d get rid of the case. What’s your opinion?
