OPK help!
Is it normal for opk to be dark when on period? I have pcos and haven’t had a period since last July! So idk if this is an actual period or just random bleeding … today is day 3, started out brown but now mostly dark red but some lighter, more than spotting but not really needing more than a liner or light tampon.
