I feel you dude. My anxiety has been terribke. Im pretty sure its lead to my miscarriage. I also think its more hormonal

I'm in therapy and I take medication. Other than that I I try to keep busy and distract myself with things like reading and cleaning and getting out in nature often. If I'm having a panic attack I carry a fidget toy that I can squeeze and I try to focus on one part of my body at a time like wiggle my toes then move my ankle , my leg, etc.
