I've come off my pill again as ready to try and conceive our second baby. I'm almost 31 and thought it may take a little longer this time to conceive as I'm nearly 6 years older than when I conceived my first.

I've had my withdrawal bleed. I am not focusing on <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> so this isn't accurate (personal choice - find it too stressful). Mainly using the app to track my cycles at this point.

I've been so bloated, cramping and uncomfortable yesterday and today. I now have extremely sensitive nipples. The lower abdomen pain is across the bottom, and not just on one side.

Have attached calendar for reference but interested to hear if anyone else has anyone else experienced these symptoms with ovulation?

Also, has anyone ovulated that quickly after stopping their pill? I assumed it would take a while for my body to go back to normal again but these symptoms are so bad!

Thinking it could just be my hormones out of whack after coming off of the pill but did not experience any symptoms last time after stopping 🤷🏻‍♀️
