Preeclampsia ?

Hi ladies! 
So I’m 30w with my second baby, and I’m hypertensive. I delivered my first at 37w5d through emergency c-section, because my BP wouldn’t go down even though I was taking medication. 
Now I’m 30w and my BP has been around 150s/90s. I’ve been able to get it to go down to 130-140s/90s with medication and rest. 
My OB sent me for lab work and 24 hour urine last week because my BP was high at my appt, and this is the urine report. 
If you’ve been through this around my gestational age, what happened? Were you just monitored more closely? (I’m having appointments with neonatal DR every week for ultrasounds starting 2 weeks from now), did you go to the hospital for bed rest or did you deliver? 
I don’t want to deliver so early yet!!! I go to my appointment tomorrow to look at results but just wanted extra feedback from a fellow mama.

The protein in the urine is pretty common w pre eclampsia I'm sure if your numbers go too high they will let you know, looks like your just over the thresholds at this point.  Try not stressing because stress is never helpful, rest as often as you can and stay hydrated.

I was diagnosed my 1st pregnancy with pre eclampsia.  It started with lots of fluid retention in my legs then around week 30 my BP slowly started to creep up.b I was monitoring at home and advised to rest when I could.  At week 35 I was admitted overnight for a scary spike in my BP at my prenatal visit but BP went back down and went home.  I followed up a week later and delivered 24-48 hrs after being admitted.  I know that your BP isn't normal but it also isn't super high, as long as it's going back down and your monitoring at home I'm sure you will be ok.  Just make sure you call your OB if your start getting bad headaches or BP isn't going back down at home, try laying on your left side when your in bed, this helps to regulate BP.  Also if you begin to get really itchy palms, like I mean, unbearably itchy, contact your Dr and let them know, I don't want to make you nervous with the details but it happened to me and I didn't know it was my body trying to warn me of something more serious that was beginning to surface, FYI it's a pretty rare side effect... Don't worry though, I'm sure you and baby will be perfectly healthy even if baby does decide to come a little early... Listen to your body and keep monitoring your BP... You got this!!!

Also the fact that your being closely monitored is completely normal and to be expected and hopefully will put your mind at ease that your care team is keeping a close eye on you and baby.  From week 30 on I was going to the Dr weekly and believe I had an u/s every 2 weeks until I was admitted to have my girl.

I was diagnosed with pre eclampsia at 31 weeks due to high BP and protein in urine but no other features. My dr is letting me Monitor at home with lots of rest, checking BP daily and going in for weekly appts (started bi weekly at around 34 weeks). The plan is to induce at 37 weeks if I can stay free of severe features that long. I am 35 weeks now. It’s so stressful but you have to keep in mind that YOUR health is also on the line and have a low threshold for checking in with dr or going into the hospital.
