Toddler rash, any ideas?

Dears,
My toddler has developed a rash all over her body (inc face and diaper area). My doctor doesn’t

think its eczema it is also in the diaper area. Any idea what it could be? I was told to wait it out but I am really worries

Could be a viral infection. My son had the same thing rash all over his body and it was viral. It will go away over time, you can put hydrocortisone cream on if it seems itchy and I would monitor for fever and oatmeal baths help also!! My sone Dr told me to keep an eye on his breathing which was fine the whole time he had a rash. Unless your baby has trouble breathing, Drs and ER won't do anything for them 😔 I took my son to the ER 2 times with the same diagnosis a viral infection rash and it would go away on its own and it did within a week!

Definitely understand you feeling worried tho I watched my son like a hawk when he was broke out omg but he acted fine and not in pain or anything so we let it run it's course and it went away, it was also in his diaper area, his butt cheeks, his back stomach face lets arms I mean everywhere. Praying your baby gets better soon!!
