Scan 5 weeks

So I’ve just had an early scan at 5 weeks (based on when i know I ovulated and had sex). However the sonographer mentioned she thought I was only 3-4 weeks. That can’t be possible as we didn’t have sex after my ovulation window based on tests? Now I’m worrying baby isn’t growing as well? Anyone else had this??
