Late period

My period is 11 days late. Before my missed period I was cramping and now my nipples are very sensitive. I’ve taken pregnancy test and they are all negative. I took an Ella when I was ovulating and when I do take it I’m never more than 4 days late. I'm not sure what to do. How much longer should I wait before taking another test and calling my OB?

P.S my cycles are regular.

UPDATE: 13 days and got my positive pregnancy test.
