I come from a home where my mother chose to stay with my dad. She was an immigrant and wanted the best for my brother, sister and myself. When I was younger my dad wasn’t the best, but because she stayed he turned everything around and treated her right. I am so grateful for my mother and everything she went through. My question is for the ones that have stayed for their children. Was it worth it? Do you wish you would have left?

Sadly, I’m currently in this situation with my spouse. He’s a wonderful father, but as far as a supportive husband, it’s doesn’t come to him. He had admitted that he has mental issues and is a bit unemotional when it comes to me. He has always treated me right, but is very distant.
