I have a brother who is turning 18 years old soon, he lives with my disabled mother. A car is something I’ve always wanted to get him and it would help my mom a lot as well. I feel he is a good driver. And I didn’t have the luxury at his age where someone could get me a car. It would help my mom get to doctors appointments, my brother to school, running errands and his grandmother is coming to the end of her life and my mom and him are over her house often to help her with daily task. They travel on bus daily to her house.

I have another brother who is 30 years old and has a suspended license and a gf with a kid (they all live together in their own apartment) Neither my brother or his gf have a license. They are in need of a car for multiple reasons. Getting to work, when school starts they’ll need to drive the kid to school, when grocery shopping they need to transport groceries.. but I feel my brother is a terrible driver and he’d be mainly driving the car and due to having a suspended license the car id buy would have to go under his gfs name.. which I have no problem with her but I don’t want to buy his gf a car ya know.. he also has the money to buy his own car but rather save for better opportunities and I have more money then him..

Who should I help get a car ? (Neither brother knows I’m even considering to do this)
