This is my third pregnancy but my first knowing I am type 1 diabetic. I thought I was type 2 but found out about a year ago that I am actually type 1 after getting some blood work done. I thought the process would be similar to my other pregnancies but I just found out today that I need extra scans and heart tests done and it feels a little overwhelming as I already have so many appointments and I have two older kids plus I work full time. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat or something similar and would like to chat.
