Ovulation spotting or implantation bleeding ??

I’m spotting very light pink  and mild cramps 
Can it be ovulation or implantation?
Is not heavy at all

Wouldn’t be implantation giving where you are in your cycle! Implantation bleeding is rare and extremely hyped up on here. 
Can’t say it’s ovulation spotting without using opks and bbt to determine as apps can’t say when or even if you are ovulating. 
Spotting can also happen for multiple other factors too.
