Paint & body shop guy took my car to his “home”

I dropped off my car to get front end paint/ bodywork done. ( I even paid a deposit) I have a gps tracker on it all times. I take a look after hours & it turns out that my car was moved from the shop to what I assume is his home. It appears to be 15-20 mins from the shop.

Should I confront him? What should I do??
