So according to this app I'm on cycle day 19 and AF is due 10/22. I'm currently on my fertile period and therefore have been having frequent unprotected sex due to me ttc. Today I started having some sharp and a little painful cramping pain on my lower left abdomen like where my ovary is. It's an on and off again kind of pain. Wondering if this means I'm truly ovulating or what else could this mean? Haven't had any bleeding or anything and so far it's remained on my left side only. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
