Hi everyone, I had my fiest baby she’s just turn 3 month. I was breastfeeding since day one she likes it and i was producing a good amount of milk. Unfortunately, as a first time mom after the two month I start giving her bottle breast milk because I was getting too tired and overwhelmed. My mistake was that I didn’t use nipple bottle and my baby realize that the bottle was more effective as faster. Now I feel guilty and bad because I stopped breastfeeding, my baby doesn’t like the breast anymore. I still have some breast milk because when I pump it comes out but not the same amount. How can I go back to produce more breast milk??? Please let me know, I’m open to any suggestions or ideas. Thanks in advance.
