3 day headache, normal blood pressures, 26 weeks pregnant

I haven’t had a single headache this entire pregnancy. Now I’ve had a 3 day headache, it’s mostly on the left side, and NOTHING is relieving it. My blood pressures have been within normal range. What else can cause this? I’m DESPERATE for answers so I can try to fix the issue.
