Please help Implantation or period starting

I have been doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> for the past month and 10 days ago I transferred an embryo.now i am on day 2 of haveing brown discharge/ blood and cramping. I called my doctor and he said it normal. I feel that its to much blood/ discharge. Can you guys help me is this implantation bleeding or is my period starting? My period normally doesnt start like this i usually have a strong flow right away.
