Back/Chest/Shoulder Ance

Does anyone have any advice on how to clear chest, back, and shoulder acne? I never had any problems until about a year ago when it just started on my back and I haven’t been able to clear it, now my back is scarred. It’s been taking a toll on me lately. I try not to wear close fitting clothes, use antibacterial body wash/soap, and clean my sheets regularly. I’m not sure what to do😭
