Hey guys so I want a baby I had my tubes tied in 2021 and in May of this year I had them reversed!

Exciting right? Well it was hard for me to conceive before and I’m currently trying to conceive and I’m getting so discouraged at all the negative tests. Does anyone have any advice on things I might can do to help. Currently I have sex at ovulation week every other day and lay on my back with my legs up for 20-40 minutes each time. I have taken my prenatal vitamins and done ovulation test strips. Me and my husband just want an ours baby. Please help!!!
