Itchy itchy elbow

I’ve been getting this rash in my inner elbows recently it comes and goes. I can’t pinpoint if there’s anything in particular causing it. But it really itches worsens if scratched or if sweaty. Had an itchy neck a few days ago and eyebrow and around eye.
