Last period was july 14 - got positive August 6th (for a timeline)

Got really sick and had to go to the hospital on the 12th and they gave me an ultrasound and told me they did not see a gestational sac. Wasn’t feeling good still so went to a different emergency room last night the 19th and got an ultrasound again and this time they told me they seen a gestational sac but no yolk sac. I’m just trying to figure out if I’m too early or if this is going to turn into a miscarriage, I’ve had one before and it wasn’t pleasant. Somebody tell me they’ve had something happen like this before and it turned out to be good news. I just need some uplifting. ❤️❤️
