4am wake ups first trimester?

Does anyone else wake at 4am in their pregnancy? I am in my first trimester and it seems to be every night!

I have a few times and I'm in the second trimester. It can be any time of night though for me. Other than having to pee, it's typically when i have a weird dream. And most of the time i can't fall back asleep. It's very frustrating.

Pregnancy insomnia is great 😒. I’ve not got it yet with this baby, but with my daughter, I couldn’t stay asleep. Falling asleep was easy but staying that way was hard. It got better as I got to the second trimester. There doesn’t seem to be any trick to getting sleep either 🤦🏻‍♀️
