Yesterday When I Woke Up To Get Ready For Work, I Went to Use The Restroom and When I Wiped , There was blood and small clots on the tissue .. didn’t have pads so I put tissue there until I made it to work to use the pad I had in the car .. once I went to the restroom to use the restroom and put on the pad .. there was nothing there .. went all day and nothing was there and here I am Day2 and there’s still nothing

WHY? What cause this ?
