Living situation dilemma
If your name is on the lease but a family member or friend moved in because they needed help to get on their feet but they pay half (sometimes less) of the rent and buys some groceries, would you consider them an equal tenant as you? Do you think that gives them equal rights to the home? Like they can come and go as they please, bring whoever they want over, etc.
