It’s dry like 🏜️

I’ve been on Nexplanon (implant) for a little over 4 years now and I noticed that I don’t get as wet. Like I could be aroused but it’ll be dry. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with the implant? What lubes could be used or just any tips and tricks could help.
