Eating in 1st Trimester
I am struggling so hard this pregnancy with food. The crazy part is with my daughter I was nauseous everyday but still had a huge appetite. This time I have had zero nausea up to now, 7 weeks tomorrow, but I have NO DESIRE to eat anything at all. Even stuff that sounds good as soon as I take a bite I’m instantly disgusted by it or no longer feel hungry. I literally am forcing myself to eat and it makes me feel awful and I know that this probably seems silly but I’ve never had so many food aversions before and I’m really struggling. How much are we supposed to be eating at this point? I don’t want to under eat and cause any harm to my baby but I also don’t think I can force myself to eat more than the bare minimum. I hope this goes away soon
