9dpo feeling real sick

9 dpo- woke up 🤮 few hours later got super body aches and intense lower back pain. Can’t take food or water.. I might have stomach bug from cramps meat last night idk .. I texted bfn so idk is it stomach bug and my temp 98.8. And got headaches.. don’t wana test it for another disappointment
