Opks only detect a surge in LH. The do not determine, confirm or guarantee ovulation. You would want to be temping to confirm ovulation day at home. Ovulation would only be a prediction this cycle if you are not temping so just try to cover bases with intercourse.

These don’t tell you if you are ovulating just if you are having a surge which I thought women with pcos had multiple surges a month and there was no way to know when they are really ovulating I’m not sure how accurate that is but that’s what I thought
