I need some advice ladies, I went in for my first ultrasound of viability. This is my fifth pregnancy with two live births my other two were both blighted ovums. I am around 10 weeks and 4 days, I went to the doctor two days ago. They told me I was expecting twins. Baby A was right on track with growth and with a strong heart beat. They measured at 9 weeks and 4 days. Baby B the doctor had trouble finding a heartbeat, used a blood flow Doppler & had trouble seeing any flow of blood to the baby. Once he measured the baby he said it was measuring around 8 weeks and 4 days. He was confident that Baby B is a loss that I lost around last week. I am thankful and happy for my one baby but devastated on the loss of the other. Has this happened to anyone else and ending up getting good news? Basically I’m waiting until my 20 week ultrasound to know or see again.
