almost 10 weeks and still got this nasty taste

I am almost 10 weeks and i’m still dealing with this nasty taste in my mouth 👄 even when i don’t eat 🤨this and sore boobs and a few cramps here and there is all i got far as symptoms 🙁anybody else dealing with this
