Anyone experience dizziness right around second trimester on?

I just flew across the country 2 days ago. I still have vertigo. Is this normal? Or is it pregnancy related?

I have been so woozy this whole pregnancy (14w) but my blood work shows everything’s perfect in terms of iron or any other deficiency. Your blood pressure is typically lower than normal in pregnancy due to increased blood volume which can be a cause for the dizziness. My DR told me to make sure to keep myself hydrated, if I feel super dizzy it could be sugar related and to try some juice or Gatorade to help get those levels up quick

Being light headed off and on during pregnancy is normal. Mine gets awful because I'm always dealing with a stuffy nose during pregnancy and congestion. I avoid bending over and always stand up like I'm 80 trying to prevent it
