I have an IUD and was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst back in March when I was at the hospital originally for appendicitis. My OBGYN has done multiple ultrasounds and every time has said everything looks normal and no cysts and IUD is in the right spot. My period isn’t supposed to start at least for another week but have been experiencing bad cramping, lower back paid, bloating (a lot more than usual), nausea, and severe pelvic pain that comes on suddenly. Any idea what this could be? I have a note into my OBGYN and wondering if I should get a second opinion on the cyst.
