Pregnant?

I've been on desogestrel (mini pill) for 2 & a half ISH years. I missed my August period, I had one day of brownish discharge, super light, barely anything. Have had a feeling of light cramps here and there (I do have a cyst so this is common throughout my cycle). Now I should be getting my September period but nothing is happening. I took a pregnancy test the same week as the discharge and it was negative, should I do another one? Or is it more likely my periods have stopped because of the pill?

Anyone have any experience of this? I have put in a little tummy weight but I don't have any other noticeable symptoms.

(Ive had worse anxiety recently, feeling sick and tired but that's not very different to my usual boughts of burnout & anxiety etc)
