It’s hard to say. I’ve seen women have strips like those where the test line is slightly lighter than the control and that was their peak. I’ve also seen women where that was not their peak and they peaked later on. Usually I like the test line to be as dark or darker than control but like I said some women just have smaller peaks (no impact on fertility) and they can still get pregnant even though their test line normally does not get darker than control. Assume it is your peak and keep testing. If you get a darker positive, then adjust to make that your peak. Best of luck!!
