Starting with some potentially relevant background info. I'm 24F, healthy weight with a Nexplanon implant since 02/2023. Before this, I tried 3 mo of the Depo shot and hated it. Before that even, I had the Skyla IUD, which I loved. I had to have emergency surgery before IUD insertion to remove a polyp found on my cervix, which I was told was found unremarkable. (2019) Most recent (3/2022) pap smear was also normal. I use the Glow period tracking app. It is incredibly accurate when estimating the regular expected period but I don't know about my ovulation.

Beginning around February, my periods became slightly heavier, with more intense PMS symptoms like sore breasts and deep cramping. The timing and duration were normal as expected. Come around June-July, my periods come and finish normally like before (no bleeding, clear reg discharge after). Then, anywhere from 4-8 days it will return like a regular period. This has happened consistently since June/July and is becoming agonizing, as I feel like I can't catch a break from the symptoms of PMS and practically continuously bleeding.

My primary care doctor has done bloodwork and told me that everything came back normal. So what is my problem? Is there anything I should be asking my doctor? I can provide bloodwork information if it would be helpful.
