hey queens! to make a long story short i’m 22, single, & five weeks pregnant w my first baby. i’m currently not on any health insurance but i’ve tried applying for medicaid and was declined. i’m having such terrible anxiety because i need to get into a OB office and have my prenatal appt. I need to know if im okay and if bean is okay too. but the OB i picked apparently “doesn’t take anyone” and needs my info and will review it and get back to me in a week. like what? okay. then i tell them i don’t have health insurance but im working on it and i will pay out of pocket for the appt. the nurse tells me no that he wont take me without insurance and she gave me the number to other OB’s at that hospital if i need to be seen soon. but once i go and see them i can’t transfer back to them. YALL im so frustrated!!!! medicaid declines me so im applying for CHIP now but getting excepted it is taking forever! and my anxiety is through the roof😫thank you for listening to my rant lol
