Help!!!

I have a 4 year old daughter and I am currently 29 weeks pregnant! I keep forgetting to tell my doctor! But I have had these little crusty things on my nipples now since before I even got pregnant this time…. They will only come off if I manually remove them. I have NO CLUE what is going on!!! I’ll be sure to send a dr portal message now but anyone experience this???
