Bf had a cold sore

My bf was kissing my cheek, neck and he kissed/licked my nipples/boobs. We noticed afterwards that he had a cold sore in the corner of his mouth. Is it possible for me to get it in any of those 3 areas? I’ve never heard of it happening, but I just wanna be sure. I googled and there isn’t any info…
