A little while ago my husband befriended someone who's music he listens to. They're a small band but my husband loves their music and befriended one of the singers and my husband was acting like a fanboy. He invited my husband out a few times to hang out which was fine. Then he invited my husband to his birthday party and told him he could bring a plus one. So he brought me. I got to meet him. My husband introduced me as his wife and the way this men looked at me was like I was gum on the bottom of his shoe. Didn't shake my hand. Barely acknowledged me. Then after he kind of ghosted my husband. He left him on read and hasn't responded to him since the party. Recently I found out the guy is into men. Me and my husband talked about the whole situation after finding out and wondering if he took my husband fanboying as flirting and he ghosted him because he found out my husband isn't gay and married.

@Kim, not the guy is actually gay. He's openly gay. My husband never knew because he mainly listened to their music. Not specific things about them.
